This is a simple recolour, sorry to say. If you want to make acceptable skins, you need to edit over at least 75% of the skin entirely, not just colour over it.

Read some skinning tutorials here on The Hive to help you get started.

Good Idea
Blood suits a zombie

He is smiling
He has a normal skin colour
He has normal clothes
Poor shadows and highlights on the blood (espesialy the one under hes mouth)
Not to much edited.

Result:
Well, I think this is a good start but you need to change the Bad things about this one (listed above).

Tip:
Well anyways, dont be sad because of the comments above. You can improve, remember they dont got anything against you. Just the painting you did this time, but you can improve it and they will applaud. xD And actualy it isnt allowed to post skinns that you havent redone 75% or more here. But well...many people does so dont be scared. Just try to fix this .

Something that will make you happier:
I think it aint that bad for a second skin because you atleast did it darker the deeper in wound it is.

i am of the same mind - anyone could do this with ms paint or some crap. i think it took not more than 5 or 10 minutes, right? try to change the WHOLE skin, do not just draw some blood on its face. thats stupid dude.

i know how it feels to get your first model critisized, it made me sad when my first skin got rejected too! <i'm very bad at skinning> anyhow, just keep trying, this is a good example of your art work, this will prolly get rejected, but dont take it too seriously. that'll just make things worse. Just keep playing with the things you can do until you can make a reasonably good skin, Then post it here. ok?

wow guys dont know where to start ummm well i didnt use smudge i used burn and dodge, which i did dodge his skin to make it more pale and burn to make shadows. i knew that this would be something worth posting but i also knew that my noobishness would show and there would be tons of flaws being pointed out and that it might get rejected. Constructive critzism is good though imo and thanks for all the thoughts Sabelion, btw i like the smile makes it more like a creepy smile. anyway i should check the tutorials and find out the differnce between freehand and just recolor.

also that... "ketchup" should need to be more like a few separated streams of blood from mouth,

right now it looks like a sloppy eater.

Good skin for one of your first few, maybe add a few scratches for your next zombie. Change the clothes 2 a little so it doesent get rejected

And either you should change the skin colour to pure white and gray or you could make it like some kind of dark, that is my idea's tho. Maybe you can come up with something better but if you want it to keep that smile on hes face you should make him more white and gray skin I think, even tho I think much....I think I always think.

And hey man, you dont have to post your skins here remember . And until you have made a skin that more people will say "Good job" to rather than "Bad Quality" to then I suggest you keep your skins for yourself if you dont want to get hurt. (Like me ).

Once again, I am not saying that you are bad skiner or did a skin with bad quality. It was just an example of what others might say.

he doesnt have pupils, only color in his eyes is the red. yeah intend to change the clothes so that they are tattered. he is supposed to be a recently dead zombie so i only wanted the skin to be a bit lighter than normal and zombies are sloppy eaters lol.

Second: no amount of explanation shall aprove this skin, it is work, work and work that we value here. so..... rework it better and with more actual details or this gets rejected.
