Why oh why do I decide to make another TD when I already have one under construction and another project coming up soon? I dunno, but I just recently got into the View Askew movies (Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Clerks 2, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and Dogma). I absolutely love them so I decided to create a Tower defense based around the universe that Kevin Smith created. If you've watched any of theose movies that are listed above then you'll know how funny they are and how much potential to be funny this TD has. Jay and Silent Bob alone give this TD major points because they'll be in it. I intend to create a TD that only has one race, but the towers are all upgradable. This way you'll be able to create all the main charactrs and use each of their special abilites. For example, Jay will slow down and damage opponents by giving them some of his weed. Silent Bob will gain a +500 damage bonus to mechanical units. Dante can use his Steal From The Paperbox ability to randomly steal money from the creeps. Among other things. The deal with these abilities though however, is that the more you upgrade the unit, the more special abilities the unit will acquire, along with increased damage range speed etc etc. With clips from all the movies, I think this might not turn out to be half bad. All I have left to see is Dogma and then I'll begin work on the TD so that I can incorporate the characters from Dogma into the TD. Warning: This TD is for cult classic movie fans only. Even though Clerks 2 was a slightly more commercial movie than the first, the View Askew universe will always be a cult classic. Classic indeed.

Can anyone say "FLY FATASS FLY!" along with me?

That's what I thought.

Well Ralle I have to recommend it t you. Clerks is one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time. They got an NC-17 rating for no violence, no sex, but just te language. Thats it. the language in the movie is so extreme it got them an NC 17 rating. Kevin Smith persuaded them to reconsider so they bought it down to an R

Yes I just saw Dogma last night and absolutely loved it as I knew I would. All of them are great, there isn't a View Askew movie I've seen thus far that hasen't made me laugh more then any other comedy I've seen in a long time. and they're all incredibly low-budget (except Clerks 2) and they win the audience over not with a high budget big-name-celebrity movie, but by making us laugh. Awesome movies, all of them, and I'm going to begin on View Askew TD probably today.
