Veterancy XP Not working

The Veterancy XP is not working when a unit is killed, and the Experience Fraction is 0/0/1(0 for dmg dealt, 0 for taking, 1 for kills), I also didn't do anything to the shared fraction(didn't want that xp shared.)

I followed this tutorial on making a hero for Starcraft 2, excluding abilities and dummy veterancy for units.

Must the other units *have* veterancy(a dummy, like in the tutorial) for xp to be given?

No they don't need to have a veterancy to give xp.
Make sure you followed the tutorial to the letter as I've used that tutorial before and it's worked.
Also make sure the killed units actually give xp, though I think all (if not, most) have default given values.

Yeah.. I just online tested (Was Single Player Testing). I just tested it right now with a bud of mine, it worked fine. Thanks anyways.
