very big RPG map

hello folks!
I have some idea for create good MAP (& I need some helpers with map)=

-very big size of map
-real weather (rain,snow,thunder-storm,sand-storm,damaging lightning...etc)
-great AI of NPC
-hmm..i haven't story
-some quest
-can be a multiplayer map...
-about 30 heroes, each with 5+1 skillz :twisted:
-and blah blah

I NEED SOME PEOPLE to help ME with this project...
