Vertex Modify

Alright... I have no idea what to do... I need osme serious help with this.

I get as far as loading a model but then I'm stumped.

also get some viewing programs such as magos.
then scruw arround with the vertexes and see what result it has on the model.

but basicly, if u got oinks vertex modifier, go through some tutorials that are also on that site.
