how can i import all variables of one map into my map, without losing mine?

I think u can't do that...
except u copy paste the trigger...
don't forget to check the "i forgot what is it" something like
per....something....

just press alt+f

Only if you've checked "Automatically ceate unknown variables while pasting trigger data" which you can find under File/Preferences.

Even now, you must check so that no variable have the same name.

everytime i import a trigger, i copy it, is there another way cuz u said i can 'import' a trigger (with variables, too)

Yeah, copy it. With the thing i spoke of earlier checked it will automatically add all the variables from that trigger that isn't already in your map.
