Not sure about armor texture just slapped on body. Colors, detailing, style and placement of those parts indicate, that this is armour and it's kinda heavy, but it's just texture. This trick works for cloth and light armor if you want to put emphasis on female body shape, but in this case, it looks like bodypaint from Rio carnival. She definitely needs to be covered with more geometry to make the armour looking believable.
