Using wc3sear.ch icons in WC3

I have been playing DotA (Defense of the Ancients) and I have realized that theres many items icons taken from this website (For those who doesn´t know for example Butterfly Diffusial balde Manta style Battlefury Buritza do Kyanon) and then popped up one thing to my mind, is it right to use the icons in map without any promission or telling that the icons are taken from here, this is very important question to me now since I am making own map too and heres much better icons than in original WC3 TFT map editor.

dota takes alot of things without credit shown on the map.

anyway... its perfectly fine to use wc3s icons, credits is optional but its better you say credits cuz it makes u look stupid if u dont..and people know u didnt make them.

and i think this is in the wrong section :?

Thanks for the answer, and I am really sorry if it so that this is on wrong section. Yeah and one more thing, if DotAs maker(s) has not asked or showed that the icons are from here, it would be considered as "legal stealing" ofcourse in that case that here is not Copyrights. And if/when I create own map ready I would consider as this website as my right hand. Once more thank you.

well if you are given credits, remember to credit the makers of the icons aswell.
