[General] Using more than two cliff types

I am working on a map with the latest PTR patch and it has four different cliff types which added with the JNGP some years ago.
Unfortunately, the two other cliff types which are from the Outland tileset are shown as the same first two cliff types from sunken ruins. If it not possible to use more than two cliff types?

I have attached the screenshots.
