Using model editor 1.07

I am wondering if it is possible to model with model editor 1.07 because trust me I have tried and it is IMPOSSIBLE... I'd rather not try something else till I'm sure that it is literally not possible. I will take a tutorial but would much rather simplistic instructions telling how to use the modeling options as they are very confusing.

you don't model with magos model editor, simple as that.
