Using 2 skins at the same time?

I heard about that, but i cant find a tutorial, plz help me.

Explanation.

n archer has a normal archer skin, and another archer has a different skin.

you have to export the archer model and import it into your map. a model can only have one skin, so you need that copy (give it a different name!). assign the second skin to it.

Ok i made a new mdl and it worked in game, but it lost its portrait, and it was replaced by it's movements.

there is a seperate portrait model you have to work on, too
