You need to use triggers of course.
If you are asking how you make the trigger then you need to ask a good triggerer but i think i can tell you how.
Events: must have
Coditions: not necassary
Actions: Unit- Issue order targeting a unit (for example)
Order "Unit" to "Human Priest-Inner Fire (for example)on "unit"
Still i dont know if this is correct, you should ask a good triggerer cause im not very good at making triggers.
