Upgrade availability?

Is it possible to change the availability of an upgrade with triggers? My idea was to make it possible for a player to choose to which unit he would like to upgrade a certain unit (like the Berserk upgrade).
Example: The basic unit is a Sorceress. And now you can choose whether you'd like to upgrade her to a Whitch (adds some more spells) or a Summoner (able to summon various units).

yes, it's possible, at least, with WE unlimited (check the tools section)

it should be possible,
For instance you set up a dialoge, witch concludes a few buttons including the upgrade for with unit should be made.
If clicked you set with a trigger that an upgrade has been finnished.
It is possible.

1- dialog
2- text message
3- dummy spells
4- dummy abilities
5- location enter

which one do you want, i'll explain.

Edit: I'm done, and it's not multi-instance, i don't know jass, so can't help you there.
