Updating item bug

When you try to update an item (in my case, an icon) and it's still in moderation que (or how do you say it?), when you click update, it says that The select item does not exist. Is this a bug, or am i doing something wrong?

Im also experiencing this error. However, I experience it when I try to update a model that uses in-game textures. It brings me to this screen.

It's not a required skin. It will be red if it is required, just press update again herio!
