[General] Unstable Concoction = Autocast??

Was poking around & found out that the stock Unstable Concoction ability appears to be potentially Autocast... But it's really not.

But it has separate on/off order IDs ("unstableconcoctionon" & "unstableconcoctionoff", unsurprisingly), as well as the "right-click to autocast" tooltip information. Yet it totally doesn't act that way in-game.

What gives?

Simple answer: it was autocast at some point in the development cycle but that was ultimately changed before release. You of all people should know there's discarded and unfinished shit scattered throughout the WE!

Did you try ordering a unit with it to unstableconcoctionon? I'd be amused if that worked.
