Unregistered Native Function JNGP 2.0

I got that error when saving a map with a terrain changing feature. I'm not sure which lines of codes its referring to (a lot of lines btw) since it wasn't highlighted, but the map only contained Environment triggers since it was only a test map. I'm only referring to when the map is in JNGP btw. It works perfectly on the default WE.

Anyone know what that is? It's kind of a shame since JNGP seems like a realy good tool.
