unprotecting a REALLY old map

Theres an old map that i recently played and its fairly good. It was last updated about 5 years ago. The person that made it doesnt even play Wc3 anymore. i emailed him and he said it was ok if i messed with it but he doesnt have an unprotected copy of it anymore becuase he uninstalled Wc3 and all the games for it!!! can anyone tell me how to unprotect a map? Maybe PM me so that all the noobs out there dont go stealin maps...

Hm, you could use xdep or something like that. So much time ago, the protectors weren't so good, so you may end with fully unprotected map. However the triggers will be probably already all in jass form.
