[Trigger] Units in region

Why sometimes this trigger "forgets" to pick some of the units in region? I tried to find the reason myself but failed:goblin_cry:

It works fine for me if you cast it at 0,90,180 or 270 degrees but if you cast it at for example 135 degrees it picks only 1 or 2 units(sometimes none at all).
