Unit Movement

Is there a way to give a unit the movement capabilities of a flying unit (over units, through trees, over mountains, etc) but still have it retain its movement height & still be targeted as a ground unit?

Oh ya, i knew i forgot something in my first post. Another thing is i dont want the unit to be able to move over deep water. I remembered cuz even though the unit has his height set to 0, he still walks on water, not through it. Is there a way to fix that and the deep water thing?

when its none though, it still sort of obeys pathing rules. like, even though it can move through trees, it will maneuver around it if it can. Is there a way to stop that from happening?
