Give the corpses wind walk
Oh I'll explain more in depth this system.

When a unit dies it creates a separate unit of the same type for neutral passive and has it play death animation at the point of the dying unit. That is the corpse unit/dummy. It then creates another dummy unit called corpse which is created at the same point with 6 inventory slots for the killing unit. This unit is given all the items that are to drop from the monster. When the dummy unit is selected it selects the holder corpse allowing people to distribute items.

The problem was units could not walk around said corpses, creating a blockade xD
Or I could use locust... Hmm
