[SD/Modeling] Unflattening ripped models

I've ripped some models and textures from the A Bug's Life Action Game for the PS1 using an emulator. The problem is that the models are entirely flat and I don't know my way around a model editor well enough to remedy this. Attached are a model, the texture for it, and a screenshot of the model in the ps1 game for reference. If anyone could unflatten it for me and perhaps share the methodology, that'd be very cool and swag and hot and sexy and based. Thanks!
