Unexplained Unit slowdown

So I have my creep spawn working as I wanted, but when they move out, when they hit a certain area of land, they slow down completely and move slow as hell.

Is there any explanation/fix for this? It's only happening on two areas of my map. :( It's making the spawns not balanced since those two are delayed substantially.

Check if there's any triggers that affect it, like an event with someone entering the area then cast slow/cripple... i.e on the entering unit.

Set their collision to 0 or -1 (if possible)
because I think they are blocking each other.

yeah, it's not the spell slow

they just go down to less than 1 frame per second mode.
they aren't blocking eachother and it's on a pretty big ramp where this happens. the ramp is clear of everything.

I will try the collision check when I can. Thanks
