Yknow, I kinda had a feeling some of this stuff was being done with AI, but I didn't want to be rude incase I was wrong.

Are the rest of these resources in these packs done with copy-paste, or are you freehanding the alterations to these blizzard icons? Just out of curiosity.

Im combining elements from assets in photoshop.
Somewhere something is painted over by hand, somewhere an element from the icon is inserted, somewhere an outline is added, etc.

I don't believe I contradicted what you said here at all. You were very transparent, which is more than I expect from most folks who use AI instead of creating their own work by hand. I'm not sure what it is you think I'm missing.

And what you're saying in your second line there confirms what I asked in my second line so, thank you for clarifying - photoshop asset combination is not much different from CnP. There's nothing wrong with that, I was just curious, because most of these icons still feel very rooted in Blizzard art style which is usually done with combination more so than freehand. Plenty of other folks on here do that, I'm not intending to single you out.
