Unable to See Certain Users

For the user Happy World, I am not able to see the models he has posted at the Ported Models list. I noticed them because it came up on the Models page as the preview for Ported Models. I do not believe that I have a filter on that would hide him, and his models are not marked as substandard. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

If you're talking about other models than those, either he deleted them or they've been restricted and we can't see them.

He only has 3 models and no deleted ones.

It seems the user needs to be approved as I have been approving post by him.

Pretty much a measure to prevent people that violated the rules and got banned for it to create multiple accounts.

We also have daily spam bots registering and posting delicious keto/bcd spam. This way you never see it.
