Make sure that you're Warcraft III installation isn't corrupted and the file war3x.mpq exists in your war3model editor folder.
I doubt it's not there since it's usually located in your Warcraft III directory.

wait a sec... i dont have wc3 installed on this computer! problem solved.

ME doesnt require WC3 to be installed...
Make sure you have the ME folder in an only-english-letters directory and saved in a hard drive.
