Unable to make Digital Purchase

I've been trying to purchase sc2 online from the official website for quite a bit now, and I've been getting a generic error message and being directed to the customer service.

Anyone else having this problem?

Why are you posting about this here? This is clearly an issue with Blizzard's system, if you want any chance of getting it solved you should post on their forums or contact them, we can't help you. :\
