.mpqs now became or were hidden inside .CASC.

Found out that the actual working editor is inside the x86 folder inside the base game folder. I just didn't search it through =.=

Starting with v1.30.0, the classic main MPQ files have been deprecated, and have been superseded by CASC storage files.
