UI Replacement problem

I downloaded I3lackDeath's Queensland UI and tested it in the booty bay map. I made sure that the UI tiles 01-04 are all replaced. However, there is one problem, UI tile 01 doesn't work. Everything except the ui tile 01. I also tried other ui and the ui tile 01 doesn't really work.

Try converting it to tga and import again.

To convert.. use Warcraft III Viewer... click BLP>TGA.

Yes yes yo... follow the import filepath.. with the .tga on its end..
