Ui Help

so for past few days i have been working on a Ui for my map but i keep having the same issue my 3rd tile wont align properly with second and the 4th one doesnt show up its just a black square no matter what i do i can import others but mine just wont work dont know why so anyway i was wondering if someone could turn my design into proper Ui be very thankful and give credits to whoever helps.
