lol i watched that in the same way i have watched many of these programs and i remain just as unconvinced as ever. the problem i have with all of these videos, every single one of them, is the lack of detail on the film. they are always fuzzy and destorted which to me means they are easier to fake. with new technology making it easier to get considerably high zoomthere should be some new footage with better detail, but i am not going to belive a fuzzy blob in the sky is real. i have to agree tho, the nasa footage is the most interesting.

I still remain a skeptic, although I do WANT them to be true cause that would be fascinating. Although have you noticed on most of those videos the person is always like: "Look how much I can move the camera around so that you can't focus on the object. . ." That's my biggest peev.

Although the "Area 51" one was cool - even if it may have been faked.
I saw some things I hadn't seen before.

another reason to be skeptic is the overall possibility of us ever coming in contact with aliens. a astrophysicist worked to out to be something like a 0.0000001% chance of humans EVER coming in contact with aliens. while there is almost garantueed to be life out in space, the sheer distance for a ship to travel makes it nearly impossible for life to contact us. for example they would need ships which can travel at the speed of light for millions of years just to reach the egde of our galaxy from here. which means the civilisation would be much over a million years old by the time the ship reaches us. this, obviously, is ilogical. for this reason most alien experts (tho i dunno how they can be experts on something that doesnt officially exist) believe that alien would come from parrallel dimentions if they exist. however if as theorys such as super string and M are true than there would be an infinate amount of dimentions and we would (probably) meet an infinate amount of aliens because duplicate universes (which would exist because there are infinate universes) would be sending many aliens. that is if those theories are true and if dimentional travel is possible. so my overall point is that the actual possibility of us meeting aliens is slim, very very very slim.

Yeah either they'd need a ship travelling at the speed of light for millions of years, a way to cross vast distances in small amounts of time (I don't know, the ability to create and stabilise wormholes or something!) or just be really, really, really lucky and live only a few light years away from Earth.

I'm going with options 2 or 3, as humankind is likely to end itself soon enough, so those aliens better have started millions of years ago for option number 1.

The whole UFO theory is a cover for the Americans cooking up experimental nonsense in Area 51 and other secret bases. They've just encouraged people to think that it's aliens to keep the heat off them.

I doubt that either, although america has probably weapons that other countries wouldnt be able to build, I don't know why they need to make circles that fly when they could just make a couple of nukes. I personaly think that all this UFO stuff is nonsense, and its just people trying to get attention or something like that :-/

Well, of course, there are shedloads of hoaxes, but look at it this way.

Back in the 50s and 60s, it's almost a certainty that they *were* messing around with experimental aircraft and sh!t.

So when the people started seeing strange objects in the sky and thought they came from another planet, it would have taken no effort at all to encourage them in this misguided belief.

Food for thought, eh?
