Two nasty questions

Greetings guys,

I have two questions. If you know about program/tutorial you can redirect me by link. Thanks for your time and effort!

1) How do I decrease the size of texture without decreasing it's quality rapidly? I have some 500 kb textures and I think they should do fine with lesser size.

2) How can I change main menu in frozen throne? I want to replace the model of IceCrown by simple, non-animated picture. Is that possible?

1. There is an application called BLPlab it can optimize your texture a bit
2. Download MPQ Editor, import a new model and change the texture path
