I'd recommend using more than 1 texture for the screen, Some time ago I created my modern screen was showing 5 different pictures. I also deleted it. haha I never upload my models ..

You could probably give the screen a custom animated texture. Animated textures can just scroll as far as I know, but even that would be fine. Could make it look like an old nintendo side-scroller game or something. Just an idea.

@ nintendo sidescroller, that would require a custom texture, probbly, which isnt worth it, however animated materials can also flash through 1 texture at a time, which is probably what i would recomend, cycling through a new screen every 2-5 seconds (pick a few nice wc3 pics),
also if it gave off a light effect might be nice (i didnt look)

Actually it would be cool if you would animate it... some "newsguy's" face like in news show or some kind of background (You can actually use the skybox) would be much better than current one.

I think he should mostly use a custom texture for what's show on the screen, so that way people can change the texture as they want and represent what ever they want..
