Trolls/Ogres left the Horde

Various reasons, for starters, the ogres were used as a kind of military police to force order on the Orcs and keep them in line by Guldan. After thrall made his reforms the ogres weren't welcome.

As for the Trolls, after the old horde was broken they saw it in their best interests to run and abandon the horde. After thrall came along he couldn't convince them that the same wouldn't happen other than the raven tusks but that comes later.

Why did most of the trolls and ogres leave the Horde? They used to be fun units in Warcraft 2. 'Thrall said in the first Tutorial chapter in War3 that he can't believe that they used to be a part of the Horde' though they are still a part of the Blackrock clan.
Yes, there are two Ogre tribes and one Forest Troll clan still part of the Horde.

The two ogre tribes are the Stonemaul and Dunemaul, recruited by the Bilgewater Cartel.

The Forest Troll tribe are the Renetusk trolls from Hinterlands.

Wait, isn't the Darkspear tribe also still with the Horde?
Or did they part ways? If they did, where, and why?

That depends on how you look at it, the Darkspear split from Garrosh's Horde in the events between WotLK and Cataclysm when Cairne was killed. They have however helped each other out but only when really needed.

But they have founded a new Horde with the Darkspear troll Vol'Jin as its current Warchief.
