One of my favorites of yours (tempered only a little by jealousy that you beat me to publicizing it ); the concept is just such a slam-dunk for Trolls.

IMO, the building looks a little more detailed than standard Warcraft buildings, but this is only because due to the lack of textures it is necessary to create more specific geosets. Overall, this is a wonderful, authentic building with an amazing exterior, nice atmospheric little details, like skulls, and a fitting animation

P.S. I think the 'Portrait' sequence is missing.

What patch are you on? If it's before 1.29 then it's a texture issue.

I know how to use the model editor a little but I don't know how to correct this error

ReplaceableTextures\TeamGlow\TeamGlow17.blp and TeamGlow21.blp are your culprits. They don't exist in pre-1.29 Warcraft since there are only 12 player slots at that point. You should be fine if you change the textures to white/orange glows from the original 12. Afaik the textures are only used on the gong glow.
