[Trigger] Triggger Comparison

Overload a trigger- make multiple triggers with the same name, send arguments to them, and only run the triggers that accept the correct data types.

As for the Game Cache, I would like to keep one inside of the map file. For this reason I would like to import a cache and override the path, that way the map has its own data base that can be passed from player to player.
