I think there should be a forum where you can ask other, how to make diferrent triggers...

There already is. I't called the mapping forum. Triggering is one of the most important aspects of mapping, so it's covered there in-deph.

There's also the Jass forum, which is basically discussions of triggers that are in raw-code.
