Trigger Events and Cursor Question

Does having multiple events would trigger a trigger by just one event happening? Does this mean that when i have a "Player - Skipped a Cinematic Event", having 12 events that pertains to the 12 different players, if one player just pressed ESC, would the trigger run without the other players pressing ESC at the same time?

Also, how do you take the real time position of the cursor or mouse pointer? I was planning a really interactive spell, a machine gun that deals area damage every 0.1 seconds at the position of the cursor, but of course with distance limit from the caster.
