Tree of Life Form Icon

Hello, I need the Tree of Life Form Icon for my druid. I tried very hard to find a picture of the icon, but I can't find one. The best I could find is this:

No one can make it? All you need to make is the BTN. I'll use a program to make the rest. That makes it at least, a little easier for you. Not to mention, I'm sure other people want to make a resto druid with the tree of life form...
