Transmissions

Alright, the problem is that when I send a transmission, my character pops up, he is moving but his lips dont move. I know that SCII uses a better system for talking than WCIII, one that is synched with the words and sound, rather than a completely pre-rendered movement. Obviously, I havent given the proper links to the words and sound (As in, saying play sound and typing the subtitle in the transmission trigger alone is not enough), or else the character would be talking. I believe getting the character to move its lips is connected to "conversations" in the data editor.

In short: Has anyone figured out the trick to transmissions?
