Transition between campaign maps

Hey I need help on how to move from one map to another >< I don't know how its done I'm making a Campaign for Night Elves called Dungeon Siege: A New Beginning but I don't know how to make it to where my first map (Town of Si ' Alan) to link to my other map (Outskirts of Si ' Alan). ; ; Can anyone help?
