[JASS] Trackables and their usage

I want to know how I can make a map that uses all trackables. I have to spread the trackables everywhere, but how do I do that? Also I want to be able to have the player press the hotkey for a certain spell and it is fired wherever the mouse is.

edit:
there is one thing I remember about trackables (the reason why I thought that they'd be useless)
other point target stuff like order attack or cast spell might not work as they are supposed to be
