[Solved] Tower Defence unit collision

I'm so close to being able to release a beta of my TD map but I cannot seem to figure out 1 small issue, my TD map is a maze map, there are relay points that redirect units to another spot. If you build a maze that forces the units to exit the maze the same way they came in, then the units sort of bump into each other and block up the maze, they then start attacking everything in sight, how do I stop them from getting stuck on each other? I've tried turning collision size all the way down to 0 and that helped a lot but they still do occasionally run into each other. any suggestions?

EDIT: Solved it by adding the ability "Ghost Visible to the units"
