[Spell] ToolTip Extended

Hi i'm having problem Creating spells with This Tooltip Issue so here's what happens I have everything set for a spell except it's Tooltip which is a big problem.

I want the tooltips to Progress with each level they get to. but it won't happen

As you can see the Tooltip isn't as I wanted it to be doesn't have the right Value on the Tooltip

A Help would be Appreciated.

You probably use the wrong raw data id. It is supposed to be raw id of the custom spell.

what do you mean by raw id of the custom spell?

The part where your tooltip says "<A0sh,DataA1>".

The A0sh needs to be the raw id of the custom spell.

The post u posted didn't explain anything. could you explain what I need to do and what I need to avoid?

As I did, and the tutorial says:
go to 'View > Display Values as Raw Data'
Make sure the part i underlined is the the same as the id the ability is given in the menu.
