Tools for Host

Hello, I didn't know where to post this so i posted it here...

Long time ago when there was no hosting bots like ENT or MMH ect... People used to host with thei pc's ( PF ect...) I do it however I see there is no any tools for those people working nowadays....
I really hate hosting with bot... except when you have to wait sometimes long time your map to be approved...

So I am asking if anyone know "working" tools for host? just simply kick would do....
