Too many Heros

Me and my friends are making a custom map, and we created three heroes that are build like normal warcraft three heroes... But our problem is that once you have built a hero you can build the same one after you have upgraded the town hall... How can I fix this?
 
Go to Trigger Editor and find this action : Melee Game - Hero Limits

That action will restrict one hero of each type per player. As for the event just put map initialization.

No, that bloody won't. Don't believe me - try it yourself.

The solution is to put your heroes in the gameplay constants and then add the actions in the initialization trigger
  • Player - Limit training of (YOUR_HERO) to 1 for (YOUR_PLAYER)
  • Player - Limit training of Heroes to 3 for (YOUR_PLAYER)
And remember this:

Thou shalt NOT base your custom heroes on tavern/campaign heroes! NEVER EVER FOREVER EVER NEVER!


I don't remember how many times I'm saying this. Maybe I'll need to make a tutorial thread about it... ?

Enter the game constants, enable customs, set Techtree - Dependency Equivalents - Heroes and put your heroes there. TADAH!

nah man they are decent heros they are original. well atleast they are original in the sense that they arent named like grom hellscream or sylvanas or someshit like that. they have different abilities.
