Toggle Creeps Camp Filter

Does anyone know of a way to set the "Toggle Minimap Creep Display" to default to disabled at the start of the game? The disable feature doesn't work for this. I've tried enabling and disabling, but whatever is the current default is will just remain on even if you disable it.
