If you start new world and not want to die here a tips:
1.Harvest a tree with hand:

2.After you Harvest tree make a crafting table:

3.Make a pick axe in crafting table:

4.Make a shovel in crafting table:

5.Dig down or search a stone in cave:
-Dig

-Search Stone

6.Harvest It

7.Run to your crafting table and create a stone sword

Killing Creepers

Step 1:Make sure you have a sword.
Step 2:hit the creeper 2x and fallback while looking at him.
Step 3:repeat step 1 and 2 until the creeper is dead
