Well there are several rules that you broke. I do not remember them all right now but you need to break only one rule and the resource that you submitted will get rejected in no time.

One of those rules is that the map must be fully in english. It also requires a proper description. And most people in hive want you to write a one damn long description even thought it wasnt needed. The map also needs to look polished enough and if it is just a map made in few days or so it will not pass for sure.

If you think that you cannot create maps good enough to submit them here, you can always try to upload your maps to Map Development forum section and ask for people why this map sucks and so on and they might help you. But before this you should try few tutorials that can be found from the tutorials section. Or if you think that you can't put enough effort into map making you can always dumb your maps to epicwar.com but there will be no feedback or it will not help you to develope your map in any way.
