The user's been using generative text to image software so the result would be different every time even if tad.
To keep this image, image upscalling software would be ideal.

Well yea i know that but if they use the same txt they had used im sure it would be somewhat the same too this but if not then maybe create a whole different version thats less pixelated. But, if not then not much you can do.
