Thin Forest Paths

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
The map is a simple 1v1 melee. The objective is to defeat your enemy, the best way is to get a expansion. I recently played some Warcraft 2 and saw how the maps looked like, so i decided to make a type of Warcraft 2 map like "Deep Woods" and it would be a tight map in certain parts with chunks of tree's placed in.


This map has 2 starting zones, one for player A, and other for player B, supporting it there is 2 expos across each player. The map has a total of 4 green creep camps, 6 orange creep camps, and 2 red creep camps. There are 7 buildings, 2 mercenary camps, 2 goblin laboratory, 2 shops, and a tavern in the middle. Though the map map is simple and doesn't have much uniqueness to it.


---Tip---
I recommend getting a expansion because your starting area is smaller than the expansions and has more gold.

Terrain

Some part of the terrain is flat. You don't have enough environmental doodads. You might also want to add some structures, props and neutral units as these makes your map alive. What is good is you used varied tilesets but you have to add more rough dirt on paths. When it comes to being balanced I could say that you have achieved this. The map is also symmetrical which is a plus.

Gameplay

The starting location has enough space for building structures. You have all the creeps (green, orange and red) but you lack green encampments useful during early games. Organization of creep camps is not good whereby downrating your points. Neutral buildings are well placed. You have expansion goldmines but has the same amount with the main goldmines, you better add more gold to expansion goldmines. Item drops are OK because they are random.

Add structures, props, neutral units, and environmental doodads. You might also want to add 2 more green creep camps and 2 more orange creep camps. Delete gnoll asassins from the red creep camp near expansion goldmines and replace them with any kind of ogre. Delete ogre magi from the creep encampment near the goblin laboratory.
